I just want to say something, besides the fact that !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and everyone better think twice about what they say on the big issue at hand.
But that’s not the nit I’m picking. It’s this:
I don’t know about women, but I find my nipples annoying at times, especially when they suddenly itch. They suddenly rise up for no reason and continue to itch for a few seconds until they die out and feel like they don’t exist in my body.
Miss Mercedes and/or $kay can shed some more light on this matter, but in any case, there you go.
Also... General Leia or General Lee? Choose.

I would maybe stay away from asking an underage girl (punk_girl) about her nipples, but that’s just me.
And yes, they annoy us, too, sometimes.

If it is a semi regular or even regular thing with itchy nipples it may be down to dry skin or contact dermatitis from artificial fibres or cleaning agents.
Consider changing your detergent if necessary but also from time to time use a little moisturiser or skin cream on them and around the sensitive area.

Actually it’s my fault most of the time. I go with the motions of undressing and dressing and sometimes when my hand falls down my chest the, uh, nips get all riled up and the thing rises and it shows in my shirt and I cover up when I do notice it.
And for the record, I’m 17 and have more hamstring injuries, among other bumps and scars caused by bike falls. In no way I have AIDS, and by the time I get married and have 4 kids I’ll tie up.

Nipples are super sensitive and more so on some people. I guess you’re one of those people. I don’t know about the itching part though. Maybe that will stop when you get older.
